Your landscape is a living thing and mother nature has her way of letting us know that nothing is set it and forget it, that’s why semi-annual maintenance is so important.

Cleaning and re-positioning fixtures, trimming back small plants that will grow over your light source, and adjusting timers are only a few things that maintenance agreements cover. We have 3 landscape lighting maintenance packages available to handle any size installation.

Recommended for properties with less than 50 fixtures.
Replace any burnt out bulbs*
Reset timers
Inspect photocells and transformers
Realign fixtures

Complete any necessary repairs*
Hourly service fee, cost of all bulbs, and any repairs.
Bi-Annual Service
Recommended for properties with 50 – 100 fixtures.
Replace ALL of the bulbs* during initial visit and replace only burned out bulbs during the second visit.

Complete any necessary repairs
Flat rate service fee per visit and FREE bulb replacement during second visit.

Annual with Quarterly Service
Recommended for properties with more than 100 fixtures.
